At LBB, our culture is driven by two absolutes: Always and Never.

Here is what we always do: Strive toward innovation; look for ways in which to improve our practices; incorporate technical advances that make a real difference rather than “wow” for their own sake; communicate with members of every industry we’re involved with so we can advance and offer our clients the best available solutions; seek new horizons, new opportunities and new markets.

We also always see the discipline in architecture and the artistry in engineering. We share what we know with our peers; they share what they know with us. We build our work community, your business community, the larger community and the world community – because communities begin with people, and are shaped by architecture.
